東京ベイタトゥーフェスティバル2025 参加申込規約

第1条（目的）

本規約は、「東京ベイタトゥーフェスティバル2025」（以下「本イベント」といいます）への参加申込に関して、申込者と主催者（東京ベイタトゥーフェスティバル実行委員会）との間の基本的な取り決めを定めるものです。

第2条（申込条件）

1. 本イベントへの参加を希望する者（以下「申込者」）は、主催者が定める申込方法に従い、必要事項の記載と必要書類の提出をもって正式な申込とします。

2. 日本国内在住のタトゥーアーティストは、安全衛生に関する証明書（Safe Art Works Japanまたは日本タトゥーイスト協会の衛生講習修了証）の提出をお願いする場合があります。

第3条（審査と参加可否）

1. 主催者は、提出された申込内容を審査のうえ、参加の可否を決定します。

2. 以下のいずれかに該当する場合、主催者の判断により参加をお断りすることがあります：

   • 提出情報に不備・虚偽がある場合

   • 過去に重大なトラブルや規約違反が確認されている場合

   • 主催者がイベントの趣旨にそぐわないと判断した場合

   • 会場のブース数に限りがあるため、申込者多数の場合に公平な運営のためお断りする場合

3. 参加が受理された方にのみ、主催者よりメール等にて正式なご連絡を差し上げます。

4. 不受理の場合の個別通知は行っておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

第4条（ブース利用に関する注意事項）

1. ブースのサイズや使用条件は、申込内容に基づいて決定されます。

2. 同時に施術できるアーティスト数は１ブース１名とします。

3. 床で施術を行う方には、ステージの設置も可能ですので事前にご連絡ください。

第5条（キャンセル・返金）

1. 参加決定後のキャンセルについては、原則として参加費の返金はいたしません。

2. 主催者都合によりイベントが中止となった場合、別途対応を協議させていただきます。

第6条（安全・衛生管理）

1. すべての参加者は、主催者の定める衛生・安全管理ガイドラインに従うものとします。

2. イベント中に発生した事故やトラブルについて、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。

3. 規約違反があった場合、主催者の判断で参加資格を取消すことがあります。

Participation Terms and Conditions — Tokyo Bay Tattoo Festival 2025

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions govern the application process for participating in the Tokyo Bay Tattoo Festival 2025 (hereinafter “the Event”) between the applicant and the Event Organizing Committee.

Article 2 (Eligibility & Application)

1. Applicants must submit all required information and documents in accordance with the application procedure set by the organizer.

2. Tattoo artists residing in Japan may be required to submit proof of hygiene training (Safe Art Works Japan or Japan Tattooist Association certificate).

Article 3 (Screening & Acceptance)

1. The organizer will review all submitted materials and determine whether to accept the application.

2. Applications may be declined at the organizer’s discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

   • Incomplete or false information submitted

   • Past incidents or violations of rules

   • Incompatibility with the purpose or values of the Event

   • Limited booth availability: If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, some may be respectfully declined to ensure fair and smooth operations

3. Only applicants who are accepted will receive an official notification by email from the organizer.

4. Please note that we do not provide individual notifications to those whose applications are not accepted.

Article 4 (Booth Usage)

1. Booth assignment and specifications will be based on the selected application type.

2. Maximum number of artists allowed to tattoo simultaneously is 1 artist.

3. For those performing on the floor, a stage can be provided upon prior request.

Article 5 (Cancellation & Refunds)

1. Participation fees are non-refundable once acceptance is confirmed.

2. In case of cancellation due to the organizer’s circumstances, an alternative arrangement will be discussed.

Article 6 (Safety & Hygiene Compliance)

1. All participants must follow the hygiene and safety guidelines set by the organizer.

2. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or issues occurring during the Event.

3. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Event.
